Vineyardsoft is pleased to announce the availability of our on-line Support Knowledgebase.  It is filled with information from historic KnowledgeSync support calls and it will continue to grow as our reps receive and resolve incoming questions.

Here's how to access the KnowledgeSync Support knowledgebase:

1. Go to: http://www.vineyardsoft.com/html/support.html

2. Click on the "Knowledgebase" option at the top-right of this window.

3. Key in the text you wish to search on and click on the "Search" button.
 

If you wish to search on a specific error number, just type in the error number itself or the error message text.

This knowledgebase is open to partners and clients alike, so please inform your KnowledgeSync customers about its availability.
