A KnowledgeSync Maintenance and Support (“M&S”) contract entitles you to receive both KnowledgeSync Technical Assistance as well as KnowledgeSync product upgrades and enhancements from Vineyardsoft.
When you purchase KnowledgeSync, you automatically receive one year of Maintenance and Support. The Support Services that you receive include KnowledgeSync technical assistance via phone, email, and web, access to the KnowledgeSync on-line knowledgebase, access to product tutorials, and computer-based training courses.
KnowledgeSync Maintenance services include product enhancements, free upgrades (KnowledgeSync averages two major new releases per year), and “hot fixes” to address any product issues that come to our attention.
Additional years of M&S are optional and are normally purchased through your KnowledgeSync Business Partner.
